This non-refundable fee covers the specialized research, supplier negotiations, and the engineering of your personalized travel portfolio. 2. Reservation & Asset Settlement Once you select your preferred residency or cruise, the cost of the travel assets (Resort, Cruise, or Villa) is settled directly with the service provider. We utilize secure, brand-authorized payment systems to ensure your data remains protected. 3. Professional Management Fee (The Oversight) A 10% Professional Management Fee is applied to the final accommodation subtotal. This fee is due immediately upon reservation confirmation and activates your 24/7 Command Center Support and Door-to-Deck Logistics Auditing. Accepted Payment Methods To maintain the integrity of our rates and provide the most secure experience, WOHRCR utilizes Stripe, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle for all digital invoicing. Preferred Methods: Direct Secure Payment Links or ACH/Bank Transfers. Note: To protect LLC margins and traveler data, secure digital links are utilized for all transactions. Manual credit card entries are only performed as a concierge exception.

Under 45 Days: Reservations are generally considered final and non-refundable to secure the integrity of the procurement. The Non-Refundable Fee Structure Professional Fees: Please note that the Initial Procurement Fee and the 10% Professional Management Fee are non-refundable. These fees are considered "fully earned" upon the commencement of research and the confirmation of your reservation, as they cover the professional labor, logistics auditing, and network utilization already performed on your behalf.
