Inbound Inspiration: Real Travelers, Real Journeys

I am constantly inspired by the travelers around me. My cousin recently shared that a retired couple she knows decided to step out and travel the world—one city, one country at a time—turning it into an incredible, year-long experience. My lovely cousin herself has traveled extensively and is currently checking off boxes on the long list of beautiful places she has always wanted to experience.

Inspired by that same spirit, I recently needed a quick GETAWAY myself!

My Latest Excursion: Checking Out the MSC Seaside

I just got back from a wonderful 4-night cruise on the MSC Seaside to the Bahamas. If you love travel history like I do, this Swiss-Italian cruise line was originally founded as the Mediterranean Shipping Company by Gianluigi Aponte and his wife Rafaela Aponte-Diamant in Italy back in 1970.

The Seaside is a mid-sized ship. While it is a bit older than their newest vessels and shows a tiny bit of wear, the multicultural staff adds so much excitement—I loved meeting new people and learning about where they are from!

The food was good, beautifully plated, and the specialty dining dinners were truly exceptional. A massive highlight was MSC’s private island, Ocean Cay. The architectural design of the island beautifully prevents overcrowded beach areas, leaving several distinct, peaceful spots for guests to just hang out and enjoy the sun. Plus, if you happen to forget your packing essentials like I did, their boutique shops have you covered. Yes—swim shoes and a sun hat were my official purchases!

From Intimate Weekends to "Off the Chain" Group Travel

All I'm saying is... allow WOHRCR to create a safe, wonderful, seamless experience for you, your family, your friends, or your next big group trip.

We love celebrating your milestones! WOHRCR’s very first booking was right in Florida—a beautiful one-night hotel stay for my good friends celebrating their marriage on a cruise. The dinner recommendations were a hit, and it was a total success!

More recently, my first large group takeover was in Chi-Town (Chicago), and let me tell you, it was off the chain! WOHRCR suggested The Langham Hotel, and it was absolutely exceptional. Between the great dining, the scenic river cruise, and the custom touches, the honoree loved every single minute of how WOHRCR designed her celebration.

Why the Blog Has Been Quiet (And What’s Next!)

If I have fallen a little bit behind on my writing updates, it is only because WOHRCR has been incredibly busy blessing our Preferred Travelers! We have officially extended our services to provide a complete, end-to-end Diamond Experience.

Hope isn't lost—hope has a bright future. I love how Johnny Nash sang it:

"I can see clearly now the rain has gone. I can see all obstacles in my way. Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind. It's gonna be a bright, bright, sun-shiny day!"
